✈️ One Final Flight from the Principal’s Flight Deck

Dear Cal Aero Preserve Academy Aviator Community,
After four incredible years of flight, the time has come for me to make my final approach and begin a new journey—retirement.

Serving as Principal of Cal Aero Preserve Academy has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. Together, we have soared through challenges, celebrated accomplishments, navigated turbulence, and always kept our most important passengers—our students—at the center of every decision.

What I will remember most is not the programs, meetings, or schedules, but the people—our amazing students, dedicated teachers and staff, supportive families, and community members who make Cal Aero such a special place.

Over these four years, we built a crew. And great crews understand that no one flies alone. Every person has a role, every contribution matters, and when we work together toward the same destination, remarkable things happen.

As I leave the Principal’s Flight Deck, I hope our Aviator community will continue to:

• Keep Students at the Center
• Fly Together
• Choose Altitude
• Celebrate the Journey
• Never Stop Soaring

Thank you for trusting me with your children, supporting our school, and allowing me the extraordinary honor of serving as your principal. Retirement may bring a new flight plan, but a large piece of my heart will always remain at Cal Aero. It has truly been the flight of a lifetime.

With tremendous gratitude and Aviator pride,

Principal Laurie Warner
