Help us honor those currently fighting and those lost to childhood cancer by wearing GOLD on Friday, September 26th. You may bring in a picture with their name and place it in the corresponding box in the front office by September 23rd. Posters will be made and displayed on Friday, September 26th.

Joining the PTO helps our Aviators with field trips, activities, teacher supplies, computer programs, family events, AIM high store prizes, and so much more! Please consider joining PTO to help our Aviators soar this year! You can print the form below and turn into the office or visit the office for a form. Classes with 80% of students joined will receive a classroom party! *Membership drive runs through October 31st.

Costume Contest, eerie tunes, wicked games & fang-tastic food trucks! ? Candy donations start 9/22—bring the most candy and your class wins a pizza party! ? Parents: Boo-gie up your trunks! Sign your vehicle by 10/16 using the QR code! A family-friendly fright fest—no scary or spooky scary stuff allowed! ?‍???? Come for the treats, beware of the fun!

Attention Parents: Please log into your Aeries Parent Portal as soon as you can to complete your Data Confirmation. Data Confirmation is the annual online process that requires parents and guardians to review, update, and confirm essential student and family information. During Data Confirmation, families will be able to edit and review information such as Emergency Contacts, Medical Conditions, Authorizations, and District Policies. There is a school wide competition going on, the first five classrooms that reach 100% completion will earn a surprise classroom treat.

With our new website rollout, there is a NEW and EASY way to report your child's absences without having to call the office. If you visit your ParentSquare, there will be a pinned post at the top of your feed that you can access at any time throughout the year to fill out whenever your child will be absent. Our Cal Aero Admin team believes that communication between home and school is necessary to guarantee the best possible education for our students. The weekly newsletter is sent home via ParentSquare every Friday afternoon and published to the website.
