Dear Parents/Guardians: 

The faculty and staff at Cal Aero Preserve Academy would like to invite you to the Junior High Back-To-School-Night, Thursday, August 28, 2025. This evening will provide you with an opportunity to meet teachers and to learn about our curriculum and class requirements. If you are interested in purchasing Cal Aero spirit wear, PTO will have them for purchase at 5:00 in the main gym. Teachers will begin presentations in their classrooms at 5:30pm with the last session ending at 6:50pm. 

Parents will follow their student’s class schedule, meeting with each teacher for 10 minutes. Your student has already completed the form below indicating his/her daily schedule. A map of the school is provided on the back of this form. Our Back-To-School evening will focus on the general requirements of each class including homework, grading, rules, and policies. Due to the organization of the evening, there will not be time for teachers to meet personally with parents to discuss a student's individual progress. 

Please note that this evening is for the parent audience not intended for students to attend or be on campus unsupervised.
